Can the machine be pushed out of the window?

No, this is an indoor automatic laundry rack.
From increased safety to more load capacity, it’s designed to be more efficient than conventional manual laundry racks where you can dry more clothes without the hassle of lifting heavy laundry.
Some customers prefer to dry their laundry under the Sun. However, due to the unpredictable weather in Singapore, the direction of the sunlight in your house, and the timing you choose to do your laundry, the conventional way might not work for you.
With our Premium X Automated Laundry System, you can do it any time any day. .

What is the difference between Lite+ and Premium+

The Premium+ model includes Solar Drying Technology which produces Solar heat that is similar to drying your clothes under the Sun. On top of the enhanced drying performance, it also helps to eliminate bacteria and prevent odours with our built in Ionizer function.

Does the system consume a lot of electricity?

No, the lifting functions are rated only 0.00001 kWh which is less than 10 cents of electricity per month. The solar heater function consumes only 0.72 kWh, and is at least 10 times more energy efficient than your normal dryer.

How does the heater in your system work?

The inbuilt Solar heaters and air circulators simulate the surrounding heat energy from the sunlight.
Heat is distributed uniformly around the clothes without warming up the rest of the room as hot air rises and cold air sinks.
However, the performance of the automatic laundry rack will be better in an enclosed area

Is there any maintenance needed

All our automatic laundry racks require zero maintenance and cleaning duties are not necessary.
If you wish to do so, you may do it by lightly vacuum or wiping away any dust on the extendable telescopic poles

Does the LED light help in drying?

All automatic laundry racks are integrated with LED lights for illuminating purposes so that users will get to enjoy all the benefits in one.

How low can the system be lowered?

All our automatic laundry racks can be lowered up to 1.4m.

Can I request for a relocation of my Ceiling Fan

Yes. Feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team at +65 8875 8479 to request for the relocation of your Ceiling Fan. There will be a relocation fee of $50 per fan within the same house or unit.

 
Is the installation of Ceiling Fans into a false ceiling possible without opening up?

Our installers are required to opening up false ceilings to check the stability of the existing false ceiling mount. This is to ensure that the ceiling is sufficiently strong to hold the weight of the Ceiling Fan. 

Is it possible to replace the default LED light of the Ceiling Fan

It is highly recommended that AIRER be the one to provide the LED light of the fan for warranty purposes.

Additionally, take note of the following concerns if you want to change the LED light with a different type of material:

  • If you change something that is potentially not compatible with our fan based on the electrical rating, and if that shorts the fan circuit, we will not cover their warranty for other parts of the fan anymore
  • The LED may not have the colour range afforded by our LED panel; the light temperature performance will be affected.

You may purchase the LED panels from us in the future.

Why is there no airflow from my Ceiling Fan even though the speed is set to high?

Check the direction of the fan. If it is in reverse mode, change it to normal mode.

Can AIRER change my fan blades if I am not satisfied with the quality?

Yes, if you are unsatisfied with the fan blades, we will change them for you, however there will be charges for the change of mind.

What are the different variations of LED color in the ceiling light?

There are three (3) color variations for the Ceiling Fan LED light. 

 

Warm = Yellow
Cold = White
Normal = Mix of white and yellow

Can your system be installed on a false ceiling?

Yes, our installation team is trained to provide safe installation on false ceilings.
By adding support connecting to the actual concrete slab ceiling, the system will be strongly supported.

Can your system be installed on the balcony?

Yes, our installation team is experienced in installing the systems in the balcony area.

  1. Ceiling fan warranty covers labor and transport for the first year. Subsequently, not less than $60 onsite labor and transportation fee per fan will be charged.
  2. Replacement of remote control after warranty period of 6 months will be charged at $40 per set exclude delivery fee.

*The lifetime warranty of the motor is a limited time offer only upon condition apply with seperately specified.

You may not make a claim under this warranty unless the defect claimed is due to faulty, defective parts or workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

Batteries for the remote controller;
Misuse or abuse, including failure to properly maintain or service;
Normal wear and tear;
Power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power supply;
Malfunction caused by improper disassembling, modification or repairing by 3rd party;
Incorrect, improper or inappropriate operation;
Insect or vermin infestation;
Accidental damage due to owner’s negligence;
Exterior damages caused by chemical fumes or sharp objects.
Abnormal Voltage
Products damaged due to tamper, alteration or repair by unauthorized person, misuse, negligence, or operation of the product contrary to the instructions contained in the products manual.
Any convulsion of nature or failure to follow operational instructions.

This warranty does NOT extend to external/internal appearances, remote control, buttons, poles and external parts.
Claim for repair /service effected elsewhere will not be entertained.

For installation not done by installers from AIRER Singapore or appointed contractors, in the case of installation done incorrectly, there will be a $60 charge for replacement of damaged parts or motor.

There will be a $60 labour and manpower fee incurred for warranty claims for units installed by external contractors if the installation is done incorrectly which will be decided only by AIRER Singapore or appointed contractors.
 

 

Do I need to provide proof of warranty when making a claim?

A copy of your original receipt and physical inspection is required to claim the warranty.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
  1. 50% deposit of the total amount required upon full confirmation. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Applicable to orders with Installation.
  2. Payment Terms are as stated: 50% Deposit (Job confirmation), 50% Payment (48 hours before installation). Delivery of Goods usually delivered on the installation date.
  3. For orders with no installation 100% Payment is required upon confirmation.
  4. All goods remain as sole property of AIRER Singapore until full payment is received.
  5. Any balance payment not received within 48hours after installation date, AIRER Singapore reserves the right to remove the products without further notice or cancel the job. Owners will still be required to pay the remaining balance, otherwise, a 10% interest fee will be charged on the remaining balance on a weekly basis.
  6. All products will take an estimated 12 – 14 days to deliver and install starting from the next working day after the deposit has been received.
  7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or rectification work, the company reserves the right to allow a grace period of 14 days based on the installation timeline stated above.
  8. Slight colour variation between batches are expected and may appear different from actual samples. This is not refundable/exchangeable.
  9. Dimensions are based on onsite or visual assessment. For any additional features added within the measured area without prior notice after the onsite visit, AIRER Singapore will not be responsible for any changes in dimension.
  1. All orders will proceed based on information written in this invoice. The customer shall be responsible to verify all information before signing. Any additional requests must be arranged and stated in the invoice.
  1. AIRER Singapore shall not be responsible for any defects arising from improper pre-condition of the installation area. The customer shall be responsible to ensure proper pre-conditioning of the installation area before the commencement of installation work.
  1. In the event the installers have reached the installation area and are unable to commence work due to any unforeseen situations, a transportation fee of $60 per trip will be charged.
  1. Any changes in the installation schedule from the customer’s end must be made known to AIRER Singapore at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 charge.
  1. Warranty covers faulty and defective parts only. Damaged caused by misuse of product or rain entrapment or penetration will not be covered under warranty, repair cost will be charged on a case to case basis.
  2. AIRER Singapore will not be liable for any physical damage (e.g.: scratches on product) caused by external parties or the customer once installation has been completed and our installers have left the installation area. Any rectification works required will be charged on a per-job basis.
  1. Strictly no video recording of any related parties of AIRER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. If required, do seek consent from the respective parties.
  2. Customers or any customer-appointed representatives should be available during the installation to supervise in order to avoid any unfavourable situations such as physical damage to belongings or missing valuables. Otherwise, AIRER Singapore will reserve the discretion to install based on our assessment.
  1. Complimentary removal of existing laundry rack and existing lighting is exclusive of disposal.
  2. All automated laundry rack will require a 13amp power point to function with the correct supply of power. In the case, the power point prepared by customer is not as per required, item warranty will be voided.
  3. Accessories are not covered under warranty terms.
  4. Change of mind is strictly not allowed, no refund or exchange after installation is complete.
  5. Change of mind, refund or exchange is strictly not allowed after confirmation of delivery or installation time slot.
  6. For installation not done by installers from AIRER Singapore or appointed contractors, there will be a $60 charge for replacement of damaged parts or motor.
  7. There will be a $60 labour and manpower fee incurred for warranty claims for units not done by installers from AIRER Singapore or appointed contractors.
  8. Installation only includes minor touch up of white paint on areas being installed.
  9. All payment has to be made before confirmation and scheduling of timeslot of installation or delivery.
  10. AIRER Singapore reserves the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
